This information was for the registration process for the 2018-2019 school year. Information will be sent out when this site is updated for the 2019-2020 school year.
Step 1: Access your Guardian Account
Go to the Davis School District Home Page and access your Guardian Account through my.DSD (little green leaf in the top right corner). You can also click this link. If you do not have a Guardian Account, please complete the simple process by clicking on "Create an account now."
Step 2: Pay Fees
Register your student by clicking on the Payment tab found on the the top of the page. Select Pay for Fees/Lunch, then select Fees/Fines Owed. Please look through the Optional Fees tab as well. Please note Yearbook payment is located in the Optional Fees. After paying fees, please print out a receipt by going to Payment, click on Customer Financial Statement, and select Print option.
There are three different times throughout the school year when you will need to pay fees...
- In the summer for district registration fees
- When school starts for First Semester class fees
- In January for Second Semester class fees
The deadline for paying registration fees is August 10, 2018
If you need to request a Fee Waiver, please complete a Fee Waiver Application Form. Return the completed form (with documentation) to the CJH Main Office.

Step 3: Required Forms
Technology Resources Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) -- Please complete the AUA on-line to ensure that your student can use computers at school. (Click here for instructions to access and complete this form online.)
Students will not be able to use computers unless this form is completed.
Locker Partner Request -- All 7th graders will need to request a locker partner. Please print, complete, and return the form to the CJH Main Office by July 25, 2018. (Click here for locker partner request form.)
Demographic Form / Information Card -- The demographic form will be given to your student the first day of school. Please update all information on the card and return it by August 24, 2018.
Permission to interview/photograph/videotape. If you do NOT want your student interviewed, photographed, or videotaped, click here to open the opt-out form. Print, complete, and deliver to the CJH Main Office.
Immunization Form -- Seventh Grade and new students only. EVERY student must have an immunization record on file to attend school.
Student's Schedule -- Schedules (including locker number and combination) are available August 6 on-line through your MyDSD Guardian Account. The schedules can be accessed by clicking on the "Academics" tab and select "Schedule."
All schedule changes are done through the Counseling Center on August 7 by appointment only. You will be able to go into your parent myDSD account the morning of August 7 to schedule a class change appointment. Any non-essential class changes will come with a $10.00 fee per appointment.
New Student Registration: This will be held on Monday, August 6 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. To be eligible to register as a new student you will need to bring the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record from the Health Department or Doctor's Office
- Two proofs of residency -- one proof must be a copy of a lease agreement/mortgage contract with name of guardian and current address on it; the other can be a utility, electric, bank statement with current address and name of guardian on it.

Directory Withhold Release -- Directory information, which is information that is generally not considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if released, may be released at the discretion of school officials. You have the right to withhold the release of this information; however, you will need to fill out a form and turn it in at the CJH Main Office. You can access the form here.
Step 4: Read the Student Handbook
Please be sure your child is familiar with, and complies with the policies outlined in the Student Handbook.
Step 5: Nutrition Services News
Payment for school lunch is done online. Please make sure your students have funds in their accounts to cover lunch costs.
